fonts

These are fonts I've created. More fonts are under development, so check back once in a while.

Cell 63 title

Cell 63 :: Download :: View Sample

Cell 63 is my first font. It's based on the hand-lettered credit and title cards in the movie Forbidden Zone (1980). The lettering was done by animator John Muto. In creating this font, I tried to make a clean and readable typeface, but still retain the quirkiness and charm of Muto's hand lettering.

Signage title

Signage Standard Chiseled :: Download :: View Sample

Signage Modern :: Download :: View Sample

Signage Geometric :: Download :: View Sample

Signage Standard, Chiseled, Modern, and Geometric are based on popular styles of changeable lettering for roadside signage. I developed them mainly for use in the Church Sign Generator, but I hope they'll have other uses.

Country Club Souvenir title

Country Club Souvenir :: Download :: View Sample

Country Club Souvenir is based on a hand-lettered souvenir program I found on the web, from a 1929 country club golf tournament. The lettering was clean and elegant, while maintaining a sense of fun. I hope I managed to capture that quality in this font.

The right and men who live off their second wives' inherited wealth
John McCain was never rich in his own person; he left one wife for a much richer one. Here's what the loony right had to say about another presidential candidate that did the same thing.

President George Bush: 'Goodbye from the world's biggest polluter'

Get Drunk And Vote 4 McCain
Voting for McCain, but still don't feel like he's conservative enough? Have a drink to ease the pain. This may be the funniest (or at least, the most *intentionally* funny) conservative blog I've ever seen; they post news stories and tidbits and rate them by how many cocktails it takes to ease the pain of John McCain's incipient Alzheimer's, maladroitness, and closet liberalism.
